Caroline Kennedy
Not a week goes by without a Kennedy in the news. This time it’s Caroline Kennedy, who is withdrawing from being considered for Hillary Clinton’s empty Senate seat (New York). It’s not easy to keep track of the zig-zagging Kennedy family tree, but Caroline’s relation is an easy one to follow: she’s the only living child of John F. Kennedy and Jackie Kennedy. That much you should know before entering a conversation this weekend about the role of the Kennedys in today’s political world.
Since the conversation will head that way, you should also know that Ted Kennedy (the one who had a seizure during the inauguration) is the youngest brother of JFK and Bobby Kennedy.
