Purple-clad Favre beats Packers (and everyone else)

Even if you’re not a football fan, water cooler talk this morning will undoubtedly include the Minnesota Vikings, led by new/old QB Brett Favre, defeating the Green Bay Packers last night on Monday Night Football.  Favre played well against his former teammates, but if you’re looking for a new tidbit to throw out there while the rest of the group dissects the game, try this:

Favre (who turns 40 this week) became the first player to defeat all 32 NFL teams after last night’s win over the Packers. 

Whatever your feelings are about Favre, in a game where only 16 games are played a year, with many of them in the same division every year, that’s a pretty cool stat.
