Tapas – Appetizers as a Main Course
Admit it – at some point in your life someone asked you if you wanted to go out to a Tapas restaurant and you either thought:
- I don’t really care for Indian food, or
- I’m not really comfortable being served food by a waitress with no shirt
Education time. Tapas restaurants are Spanish restaurants (usually) where you are served a series of appetizer-size foods. The general idea is for the whole table to order a bunch of different things so that everyone can try a little of everything.
